In 1974 Fredrick W. Erlich, together with Donald Traunstein, founded Living Resources. In 1981, Fred became our CEO, a position that he still holds. We are so proud to be a part of his leadership and his legacy. On January, 17, 2020, we were honored to name our headquarters in his honor. We have nothing but gratitude for the outpouring of love for CEO Fred Erlich on this very special day! Please allow us to present the Fredrick W. Erlich Building at 300 Washington Ave. Extension.
