The Application Process

Basic Qualifications: 

A valid NYS driver’s license may be required. Other positions may require one or more years experience in human services and/or a High School Diploma, GED, or a College Degree.

The interview process from beginning to end:

  • Complete a Living Resources’ employment application
  • Interview
  • Meeting with program manager or leadership to review job specific requirements
  • Thorough background check which includes:
    • At least two business references
    • Driver’s abstract if license required
    • FBI criminal background check
  • A decision is made based on applicant’s qualifications for the specific positions applied for
  • Notification to applicant of the status of their application
