Joy Hudspath, the Director of Training and Staff Development, has been with Living Resources since 2004. Starting as a Direct Support Professional in the Day Community Opportunities Program (DCOP), she later became a Community Coordinator in the College Education Program (CEP) before joining the Training Department in 2016.
With her dedication to quality staff training, Joy has risen through the ranks from Training Specialist to Assistant Director of Training and, finally, to her current position. Her qualifications include certifications from the American Red Cross, OPWDD, and the National Safety Council (NSC), as well as a BA in Psychology from Houghton College.
