Holly Reynolds joined the Living Resources team in September 2025 as the Director of Talent and Leadership Development. She brings a blend of experiences across the education and I/DD fields. Beginning as a special education teacher, Holly discovered an interest in how people learn, what motivates them, and how the right support can unlock their potential. Holding positions as a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist and Learning Management System Administrator in the I/DD field helped expand her experience in designing learning and development experiences for adults. She is committed to and passionate about providing opportunities that not only strengthen work skills, but also build confidence, connection and purpose helping others grow into the best version of themselves to help our teams thrive.

Holly holds an AA in Humanities, a Dual BS in Elementary Education and Special Education, an MS in Curriculum and Instruction, and an MS in Organizational Leadership. She brings this academic foundation together with real-world experience to inspire meaningful growth, foster inclusive workplaces, and support the agency's values of empowering the staff and the people we support.

Holly lives with her fiancé and their two dogs, a toy Yorkie and a Pittie mix. She loves to spend quality time with family and friends, cook, bake, read, delve into anything history (especially local history), and participate in community musical theater. She is also a board member of Colonial Little Theater in Johnstown, NY.
