Congrats to the Incoming College Experience Students!

The first day of college can be scary, and when you’re leaving home for the first time is even more so. On Monday, August 12, Living Resources’ The College Experience welcomed new students into the program on the Russell Sage campus.

As part of orientation week students have been taking the time to familiarize themselves with their surroundings. They’ve been learning about their new neighborhood, finding their way around campus, enrolling in classes, and making new friends.

Students mingled and broke the ice with new friends at a pizza party held for program participants, and many have already decorated their rooms with all the comforts of home. Classes officially begin on Monday, August 19.

This is the first year that Russell Sage College has welcomed students from The College Experience program, and we could not be more grateful. We know the students in this year’s program will excel on campus! We cannot wait to see what this journey holds them!
