In collaboration with businesses, state agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations, the Employment Department provides an array of vocational, pre-vocational, and educational services throughout the Capital Region. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Connecticut College, a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Hunter College, and is a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Outside of work, Ian enjoys pursuing creative musical projects, spending time with family and friends, and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities. He happily resides in Voorheesville, NY, with his wife and two sons.
