Beginner Watercolor Class: 6-week course
70 Beekman Gallery 70 Beekman St, Saratoga SpringsTaught by Rebecca Peters. This class is for beginner and intermediate students. The focus will be on mixing colors with a limited palette and working on both wet and dry surfaces while exploring various techniques. Students will learn how to build their skills as they develop specific projects over the course of six sessions. Painting projects include: Fall and Winter themes, Holiday themes, Still Life, Landscapes. Printed color references, watercolors, watercolor paper, simple palettes, and other materials will be provided. Students may bring their own paints and brushes if they wish.

Immersive Watercolor 6 Week Course 11/16/23 – 12/21/23
70 Beekman Gallery 70 Beekman St, Saratoga SpringsTaught by Rebecca Peters. this class is for the Intermediate or Advanced Student. the focus will be on mixing colors with a limited palette and working on both wet and dry surfaces while exploring new techniques, Students will learn how to build their skills as they develop personal projects or choose from references over the course of six sessions. Painting projects include Fall and Winter themes, Still Life, Landscapes, and Holiday Cards. Printed color references, watercolors, watercolor paper, simple palettes and other materials will be provided. Students may bring their own paints and brushes if they wish. 12-2 PM Thursdays

The focus will be on mixing colors with a limited palette and working on both wet and dry surfaces while exploring various techniques. The subjects of Still Life, Birds, Animals, Trees, Landscapes and Spring Themes will be covered. Printed color references, watercolors, watercolor paper, simple palettes, and other materials will be provided. Students may bring their own paints and brushes if they wish. This a 6-week watercolor course, although singular classes are available at a drop-in rate of $25.00.
