Our Site Based Day Hab Program
Person Centered Planning and IIIP (Independence, Inclusion, Individuality and Productivity) are the theories of service delivery practiced at Living Resources’ Site-Based Day Hab. Program, which operates 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, throughout the Capital Regions. Currently, we have sites in Albany, Schenectady and East Greenbush. All program activities offer our participants the opportunity to learn or improve their social skills, pre-vocational skills, cooperative work skills, activities of daily living and community involvement.
The individuals we currently serve range in age from 21 to 71 years and have a variety of physical, cognitive, emotional and neurological disabilities. Currently, there are various types of staff involved in the various aspects of care for our program participants, including habilitation specialists and aides, a speech therapist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist and a program manager.
