Please be aware that employees are not permitted to use their personal electronic devices (droids, blackberry, camera, etc.) to hold consumer information or images.

This is a violation of HIPAA Privacy and Security rules.

Think about it: “Would you want your Employer or Physician carrying around your personal information??”
